Why sponsor the SWA?If you decide to sponsor the SWA you are not only investing in the security and development of the windsurfing community, you are also helping to support and expand the horizons of many young people. There are currently around 1.33 milion undergraduates in the country: a huge demographic who are prepared to invest three or more years in their future by learning and expanding their minds. With your help the SWA can expose these students to an active lifestyle, show them the importance of working in a team and towards common goals: whether this is organising a fantastic windsurfing event or raising money for charity. In order that we recognise and appreciate our sponsors to the extent that they deserve, we have developed different levels of sponsorship. This allows companies to get involved at the level they wish, without compromising the status of companies that might seek a higher or lower level of participation.   Gaastra / Tabou began their support of the SWA in 2009 but we have had a long term love for Rich Marsh who brings their shiny kit to all the events. Rich is a huge advocate of the SWA and the changes we are trying to make to the sport.
