Not all of the Aussie Kiss tickets are released at once. This is so that everyone has a fair chance to get tickets.
The windsurfing tickets are released in batches with the number of tickets being released shown in the coloured chart below next to each batch. 
If you miss out on the first batch of tickets then don't panic!
It's not the end of the world.
Just don't miss the next batch release.
