The Student Windsurfing Association

SWA founder James Potten was spotted on the main stage at the Earl’s Court Boat Show helping to officially announce UK ‘National Windsurfing Week’. The week itself will be taking place from 3-11 May 2008 and the organisers need your help….

The aim of National Windsurfing Week is to raise the profile of windsurfing and get more people doing it – something the SWA knows all about!

The week is a totally non-commercial venture and is being organised by a group of windsurfers who have the backing of the UK Windsurfing Association, the RYA and the trade. To help the week make an even bigger impact, the organisers are now looking for clubs and individuals to come forward and organise taster sessions, events and publicity stunts in their local areas sometime between 3-11 May 2008.

If you would like to help the campaign by organising something at your Uni or local beach, please get in touch! Email This email address is being protected from spambots.
