Exeter Bristol student union

Leave the M5 at junction 19 and take the A369 (last exit, immediately after the services) sign posted towards Easton-in-Gordan. Follow the road for about 5 miles and follow any signs towards Clifton. After 5 miles you will reach a set of traffic lights. Take the road to the left sign posted Clifton/suspension bridge.

Have 30p ready for the toll at the bridge (it will only accept a 10p and 20p piece), you can get change from the little hut prior to crossing the bridge on the left if necessary. (TIP put the coins in slowly one-by-one!)

After crossing the bridge follow the road 150m down to the mini roundabout and turn right. After a couple hundred metres turn left immediately after Tescos on your left (there is a zebra crossing just before Tescos). Follow the road round a couple of bends without turning off until eventually you will see a large ugly building on your right, this is the union! Turn right immediately before the union to park in the underground car park and come and register inside. (If you miss this turning you can turn around at the mini roundabout at the bottom of the road).

Once parked come into the building and find your way to the Epi bar on the fourth floor (there are lifts) to register and get your sweatbands!

M32 to Student Union

Turn off M4 onto M32, be aware that there are two new cameras on the motorway and it's a 50 limit. At the very bottom of the motorway you will be surrounded by the building site that is currently bristol at the moment, stay in the very right hand lane and as the road splits at the big t-junction follow it right staying in the right hand lane. After about 100m you will be at a large roundabout, straight over and from now on follow the brown elephant signs for the zoo all the way. Follow this road as it bends to the left and passes some big colourful architecture by the hospital.

Keep going straight until you cross some lights and a big cathedral looking building is on your right covered in scaffolding. Make sure that you are still staying in the right hand lane and as the road goes over a rise outside the cathedral like building, the road splits and you follow the road right then immediately get into the left hand lane and follow it left. As you pass a statue of a soldier on your right, stay in the left hand lane and you will come to 2 mini roundabouts. Straight on and the union is on your left (ugly grey thing.) park under it and head upstairs to Epi bar on 4th floor.

We will be moving the vans/cars/buses into a local school playground for the night so dont worry about kit for now.
