Are you ready? Here is the second installment of OFFICIAL information about your favourite festival, read on for more about the Aussie Kiss 6IX...

One can hardly keep the goosebumps from the flesh or the shiver from the spine as the Aussie Kiss gets ever closer and ever more exciting!

This year the SWA;s Festival of fun will also be ushering in the new SWA/Starboard & Tushingham Year of the Beginner 07-08, the festival will be the first in a whole series of events aimed at giving beginner windsurfers the biggest leg up possible into the heady realms of intermediate and more advanced windsurfing. Add to that the second year of the SWA/Naish women's series, the SWA/RRD&Ezzy Wave series, the SWA/Neilson Race series and the ongoing SWA/Boardwise Freestyle series, and there really is something to get every single one of you excited about this coming SWA year.

Steadily growing with experience and support (the SWA are proud to announce our latest sponsor Boohai clothing), the Festival held in October each year marks our increased development and unremitting dedication to grass roots windsurfing. Highlights of the event this year will be record numbers of beginners and intermediates hitting the water under supervision from qualified instructors, an advanced fleet coached by GBR legends - Olly Woodcock & Hugh Sims-Williams, a women's clinic to promote female windsurfing, freestyle and speed competitions, fundraising for Surfers Against Sewage, CO2 emissions offset through the company Climate Care and some would say the highlight of the event, the much anticipated Saturday night party featuring the bands: Monkey Militia, New Groove Formation and The Measure and a Wild Wild West Country fancy dress theme!

Held at Roadford Reservoir and Bude Holiday Park on the weekend of 26-28th October details will be released shortly telling you EXACTLY how you can register to come along to this fabulous event.
