After impressive results at last years Hayling Island event, capped off by the SWA/Boardwise team coming 2nd overall, it would be hard on the windsurfing public if we were a no-show this year...Check out the details for the eagerly awaited second event in the Fat Face Night Windsurf series!

The dates have been released, the memories from last years successful SWA entrants at the Hayling Island Fat Face event remain strong, all that's left is to hail with joy the prospect of another chance to show off our skills!

Uniquely aimed at the intermediate/freeride market, the UKWA National Windsurfing Championships saw glorious prizes, an awesome party and some bloody wild and windy sailing last year. Overwhelmed by their own success and eager to repeat the almost student-like feat of organisation, Allan Cross and his team have released the first official details for this years event.

Once more anyone can enter so long as they have never competed at a UKWA national level. It is being held at Hayling Island again on the weekend of the 8-9th September. The cost is £25 for the weekend and what a lot you get for your money! Check out this lot...

Preliminary entry into the first round of the SuperX/Freestyle event, a Fat Face rash vest, entry into the industry supported Master Blaster races both days, clinics with Peter Hart, Jim Collis, Simon Bornhoft, John Hibbard, Dan Ellis and Martin Francis, VIP pass into HQ area and party marquee day and night, meal and drink after sailing on Saturday, a chance to compete in the Pro Night Windsurf event on the Saturday night, a chance to win a place in the British team going to the Tandem World Championships in France and prizes galore.

For an entry form go to www.ukwindsurfing.com act soon to ensure your place- outside of the SWA, this is THE most in-demand event of the year! The 5th stop of the Fat Face Night Series 2007 with a cool prize pot of £2,500 plus lovely shiny 2008 kit demos....we should all pop along!
